Since 1999, we have been creating software and dedicated IT solutions supporting business management and development. The value that has accompanied us from the very beginning is the mutual trust and respect that several people who make up ALAN Systems had for each other.

After 25 years, the values remained unchanged, but the number of talented people has increased to over 130.

Our organizational culture is based on building mutual relationships, we value teamwork and we know that we can rely on each other. We respect and support each other. For years, we have been working on developmental, long-term projects for international companies with a global reach.

The comfort of work is important to us

The company’s headquarters is a characteristic, modern office building in the center of Rybnik. Our location is well connected with both local roads, the Racibórz-Pszczyna road and the A1 motorway. We have a large and spacious car park and parking spaces for bicycles.. We also run an office in Katowice and Gliwice.

There is no dress code in the company, the most important thing is that it should be comfortable. We work in small, multi-person rooms so that each of us has a sense of security and peace. A spacious kitchen and unlimited access to coffee and tea are conducive to everyday conversation on professional topics, as well as sharing personal experiences. We meet several times a year at barbecues and parties.

How did it all start ?

1999

Beginning

The first meetings take place at McDonald’s restaurants.

1999

UTA

We start cooperation with the Austrian provider of telecommunications services – UTA (UTA> TELE2> Drei).

2001

Internal service management system

For ARC in Austria, the equivalent of the Polish Academy of Sciences, we create a dynamic internal service management system.

2003

e-Invoice

At a time when e-invoice was an innovative project, we are the only ones taking up the challenge and successfully creating it for TELE2.

2004

ATMS Watch

Our first proprietary product of the ATMS brand is created for settling working time.

2005

bet-and-win

We are acquiring another client, an on-line entertainment giant: bet-and-win (> bwin> bwin.party> GVC).

2007

Fraud detection system

Together with a group of mathematicians from the University of Uppsala (Sweden) and not only with them, we are creating a system that detects fraud in online poker in real time.

2011

ATMS Kids

We are implementing ATMS Kids in the first kindergarten. Today there are hundreds of them all over Poland.

Tipico

One of our key clients is Tipico – a company in the sports betting industry.

Mercedes

We cooperate with Mercedes, where our mobile application facilitates management and quality control.

rabot.charge

For a new client, we are starting work on a pro-environmental mobile application, rabot.charge, supporting the charging of electric cars and the efficient use of renewable energy in the household.

Bauer Media Group

Bauer Media Group becomes our client.

Classen-Pol S. A.

We are starting a long-term cooperation to develop a dedicated MES-type system. We support local industry.

Sensaru

We continue our technological journey through the ‘smart home’ universe! We are starting cooperation with SENSARU GmbH, experts in smart energy.

We have initiated a new cooperation! Among our business partners, we welcome Bankenverband from Berlin, representing German banks.
