Whistleblowing
In accordance with applicable law (Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers), anyone with a reasonable basis should have the opportunity to report observed, concerning matters related to the company.
Such a report, submitted anonymously or confidentially, allows you to obtain the status of a Whistleblower, which means additional legal protection against potential consequences.
This channel is not intended for reporting technical faults (internal communication channels should be used for this purpose).
How to become a Whistleblower and submit a report?
You can become a Whistleblower if the subject matter of your report qualifies.
You can do this in one of several ways:

An external Whistlelink service, with a dedicated subpage for ALAN Systems whistleblowers: https://alansystems.whistlelink.com/. This page provides a form for submitting a report in accordance with legal requirements.

Of course, it is difficult to maintain anonymity in this case, and you should be aware of this.

Reports received from all communication channels will be processed by Whistlelink.com system exclusively by persons designated to handle reports from Whistleblowers.
